Discovery House
A revolutionary housing development North of Camp Borden that has been designed for Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario. Using a concept in which the community members will have a chance to become a part of the construction team, it would offer them the resources to be able to eventually afford to own a home in the development.
First Fish
First Fish is a non-profit social enterprise working directly with Indigenous fishermen across Canada to bring down wild caught seafood in order to help support local employment opportunities. All the fish is caught using local, traditional methods and results in delicious, high quality fish to customer's plates in Toronto.
KKETS
The creation of Kiikenomaga Kikenjigewen Employment & Training Services (KKETS) has been made possible by assistance of funding from HRSDC. It is the objective of the Kiikenomaga Kikenjigewen Employment & Training Services to be able to provide relevant training initiatives and create employment opportunities within its service area.
